What we collect

When you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about your home relevant to pricing your service (such as square footage retrieved from property-data sources when you enter your address). Payment information is processed by our booking and payments provider and is not stored on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to price, schedule, and deliver the services you request; to communicate about your bookings; and to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information with the vendors that operate our booking, scheduling, payment, and communications systems, solely so they can provide those functions on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how visitors find and use our pages — which pages are read, which links are followed, and roughly where visitors are located. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser.

None of them load until you accept. On your first visit you are asked to accept or decline; we load nothing, and set no measurement cookie, unless you accept. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Declining has no effect on the services you receive or the prices you are quoted.

Separately, the cookies our booking system needs in order to remember your cart, your login, and your appointment are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, and are always active.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA). Data security and retention

Access details and personal information are stored securely, shared only with the team serving your home, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Selling and sharing personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
