How is my price calculated?
Your price is based on your home's size and configuration. Enter your address in our online estimate flow and we pull the property details automatically, so the price you see reflects your actual home — not a generic average.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Every EliAnna team member is background-checked, uniformed, and trained to our standard. We are licensed and insured, and the same team returns for recurring service whenever possible.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients provide entry instructions during booking. Access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned team.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean plus detail work — baseboards, trim, ledges, grout, fixtures, and buildup areas. We recommend a deep or initial clean for the first visit, then standard recurring service to maintain it.
What if something isn't right after my cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no charge. Premium service means we stand behind the result.
