The Service, In Detail
Explore holiday lighting installation
The homes people slow down to look at in December aren’t wrapped in retail strands from a weekend ladder session — they’re designed. EliAnna’s holiday lighting service handles everything: design, professional installation, a display that runs itself on timers, support all season, and takedown when it’s over.
Designed for your home, not draped on it
Crisp roofline runs, wrapped trunks and canopies, a glowing entry — good lighting design follows your home’s architecture. We design around your rooflines, mature trees, and entry, using commercial-grade LED lighting that stays bright and consistent through the season.
The part you’ll appreciate in January
Four things are included that most installers bill for separately: in-season maintenance while the display is up, removal when the season ends, packing the display run by run, and storing it in our warehouse until next year.
That means no lights still up in February, no ladder in the rain, and no bins of tangled strands taking up your garage until next November. When the season is over your display leaves with us and comes back ready to hang.
Zero ladders, zero risk, zero maintenance
Roofline installation is precisely the kind of work that sends homeowners to urgent care every December. Our insured crews do this all season with proper equipment. If a section ever goes dark, you send one message and we handle it.
Reserve your installation window online — enter your address, tell us how much roofline you want lit, and see your price instantly. Calendars in these neighborhoods fill by early November.

Holiday Lighting Installation — Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book holiday lighting?
Installation calendars in our neighborhoods fill by early November. Book in September or October for the best choice of installation windows; takedown is scheduled automatically in January.
Do you use my lights or yours?
Either. Most clients have us supply commercial-grade LED lighting selected for the home — brighter, more consistent, and far more durable than retail strands, and it comes back to us for storage at the end of the season. If you already own lighting you are attached to, we will install yours instead at a lower rate per foot. The honest trade-off is that with your own strands we cannot guarantee how they will hold up through the season, so in-season fixes may mean replacing a run rather than repairing it.
What happens if a section stops working in December?
We come out and make it right. In-season support is included — your display is our responsibility from installation through takedown.
How is holiday lighting priced?
By the linear foot of roofline you want lit, at a set rate per foot — so the price follows the size of the display rather than a package tier someone else picked. Whether we supply the lighting or install yours changes the rate per foot. Trees, entries and multi-storey rooflines add scope, and there is a season minimum for booking an install at all. Enter your address in the online estimate flow to see your price and reserve your installation window.
Is takedown and storage really included?
Yes — all four parts of it. In-season maintenance, post-season removal, packing your display run by run, and warehouse storage through the off-season are part of the installation price, not add-ons. Most installers in the county charge separately for removal and again for storage, so compare on the full-season cost rather than the install figure.
