Terms of Use

EliAnna Home Services Inc. · Effective date: August 21, 2026 · Last updated: August 21, 2026

Using this site

This website lets you learn about EliAnna Home Services, receive pricing for your home, and book and pay for services online. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and pricing

Online prices are generated from the service selections and property information associated with your address. Prices shown in the ordering flow are the prices charged for the scoped service; if on-site conditions differ materially from the property data used to generate your price, we will contact you before performing work at any different price.

Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed as arrival windows. We honor confirmed windows; where rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as early as possible with alternatives.

Payments

Payments are processed by our booking and payments provider under its terms and security standards. This website does not store payment card details.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting estimates or booking services, including the service address and access instructions.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and photography are the property of EliAnna Home Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

[COUNSEL — limitation-of-liability language, including any cap and any carve-outs. Deliberately not drafted: this section allocates legal risk and is not something to approximate from a template.]

Service disclaimers

[COUNSEL — warranty and workmanship language, and how it interacts with the licensed-and-insured claims made elsewhere on this site.]

Changes to these terms

[COUNSEL — how changes are communicated and when they take effect. Not drafted here: notice and acceptance mechanics are a legal determination.]

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

[COUNSEL — venue. The governing law is Wyoming per the owner, but the forum for a dispute is a separate choice and is deliberately not stated here. Also for counsel: services are performed at California homes for California consumers, and California consumer-protection statutes (including the CCPA/CPRA rights described in our Privacy Policy) can apply regardless of a choice-of-law clause. Advise whether this section needs a carve-out acknowledging that, so the clause is not read as attempting to waive California consumer rights.]

[COUNSEL — whether arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a jury-trial waiver should appear here, and in what form. Deliberately not drafted.]
