That structure is the point: it’s what makes it possible to send the same vetted professional to your home, hold priority slots on our calendar for members, and treat your punch list as an ongoing responsibility instead of a transaction.

Your plan’s exact rate — reflecting your neighborhood and visit cadence — is shown in the online signup flow before you join. Every plan includes priority scheduling, the same assigned professional, and a written summary after every visit. Plans cover the professional’s time; materials are sourced at cost and billed separately.

How a visit works
